Credit repayment

I received an email "We're writing to let you know that after checking our records we can see that there is an outstanding credit of £21.81 on your account." When I dial the phone number provided, I couldn't be able to enter my account number. And I can't accept the check especially a check send to my previous address where I don't live anymore.

Could you please arrange the repayment by bank transfer to the original card for payment? Thanks

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.

If you've moved address since cancelling you'll need to call Sky. They can either:

  • raise a cheque and post it to you or
  • reinstate your previous payment method and refund you within 3-5 WORKING days

The reason you have been the email is because the card payment is no longer on the account so presumably you removed it which is why you will need to call them about this and if you agree to restore the card payment details then Sky should be able to issue the refund via it.
