Credit refund

Hi there,

I have a large excess of credit on my broadband account due to a large delay in getting up and running. I was just wondering if that money could be withdrawn to a bank account or not and then pay month to month again. No worries if not as I am assuming no, but wanted to check either way.

It can't I'm afraid so as it is on your account it will be used to pay your bills until all the credit has been used so you will in affect have a few months of "free broadband".
