Ive spoken to experts, billing dept, mobile dept, sky executives, refund team. Spoken to every dept sky have sometimes 3 depts in one phonecall and have either lied and said a refund will be in bank account within 5-7 days or credited on next bill. Returned device in november had loads of credit adjustments but no refund still billed 103 until january even though device was returned Nov.

 

Been told 3 different dates and amounts in the last week alone.

 

This has been ongoing since july 25 keeps getting escalated but nothing has been refunded still

There was last month 203 credit and this month 306 credit but have then been billed the same amount each month so now says 0 again

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

I cancelled my Sky TV in December 2025 and returned the equipment at the start of the year. I've still got a credit on my account, how do I go about getting this refunded?
