Hi I was unable to access the chat at the time. I'm still waiting for the credit balance to be refunded.

It was explained that the chat would close if you failed to fully engage. If it's re-escalated are you going to be able to participate this time? The alternative is you calling.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

What service was the first refund for?

What service is this one for?

Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm in your reply that it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account and if the payment method is still active.

Yes i cancelled my tv subscription within the cooling off period but this was over 30 days ago and I haven't received a refund
