Was this credit as the result of cancellation of services, and does the amount still show as a credit on your Sky account?

Yes it was for cancellation of service.

And now i cant view my account online even though i'm still a user. I do have a copy of the Bill showing the credit balance from way back in July 2024 and i have a copy of the email from SKY confirming the refund from 6th March 2025.

This is the 3rd attempt to get my refund back please can you escalate to your team? I don't understand why the refund hasn't been processed it's been months since I left and the balance is still sitting on the account

What happened when it was escalated to Sky on 12 May?

Hi Lisa, I had communication on direct messaging with SKY and the refund was once again advised that it will be processed. Unfortunately this still hasnt come to fruition . This has been going on now for over a year .. Please, Please can this be escalated again. ?
