Credit refund

I returned my broadband router at the end of my contract and it was received by Sky. I am still waiting on my credit to be refunded. It states on the bill it will be applied to future bills. I assumed it would go towards my Sky Stream bill but is still sitting as a credit after the last billing cycle. How do I go about getting the credit back please?

So to be clear you have a.credit after cancelling your Sky Broadband package.

 

I take it your payment method is still setup on the account ?

Hi, yes. Cancelled at the end of my contract and last bill has a credit showing on it stating it would be applied to future bills. Direct debit is still active. Cheers.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
