Credit refund

Hello, I paid my sky bill with my debit card by accident before the direct debit was taken and now there's a £136.00 credit on my account. 

Would it be possible to refund this please. There's no need for me to be in credit.

As you have a direct debit set up you should never need to make a manual payment as you have done. To get the payment you made returned your post has been escalated to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
