Netflix as part of my sky subscription - but its saying it isnt
I have netflix standard "for free" as part of my package - we havnt been on for a bit but now its saying we dont have it? Can someone from sky contact me please. ive just checked my package and we definelty should ave have it so not ure why its now gone/been removed?

Have you recently switched from Sky Q to Sky Stream/Glass ( or vice versa) ?

That isn't a Sky Glass package so what shows here:

But if it had been removing my package, then I'd have been told? And it's still showing on my account when I log into sky account

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
