? Why you work like this. I've spoke with someone and he tould me my money gonna be pay 5 to 7 working days and now you sending me message about you closing this invite. I hope my money gonna be paid soon if not I'm sending this case to my solicitor. That's a joke if you playing with people like this and keeping they own money.

It's not true I didn't response for that invite. I have proof of my chat with one of the Sky person. I did response for that invite. That's some joke. I have enough cheating by Sky. I hope my money get back to me asap.

Thanks, but I've already corresponded directly with a Sky employee this morning and fingers crossed, the credit will finally be returned to my account within the next 5-7 days

Re: Credit refund - 4th failure by Sky to pay credit refund

In my last post on here I mentioned that a Sky Employee had been in touch and after confirming the standard security checks, advised that a credit refund would be issued within 3-5 days. Almost 4 weeks later, there's still no sign of the credit.

 

Can anyone please advise how to elevate this into an official customer complaint?
