Credit refund

I'm trying to get my credit refunded back to my bank account. I left sky on the 16th September to go to plusnet. Could someone please help me with this. There's also another direct debit due again tomorrow of which shouldn't be leaving my account. Please help

If your last day with Sky was 16th September do you now  see a credit on your account and on what date each month was you billed on ?

Post back in this thread after tomorrows bill payment if it is still showing as a credit on your Sky account. .

Can you post back tomorrow after the direct debit has been taken as it might be that the credit you see now will be more should this payment be taken tomorrow.
