Credit refund

Hi,

 

I had 50 pounds credit in my account for 2 years, and now I have left UK and changed my bank details. I asked the staffs to refund me to my bank account for many times, and they agreed firstly but the amount was never refunded, and according to them, there was always delay in the system. 

 

I would like to ask for the credit refund to my new bank account, could someone help me with that please? Thanks.

@Molly_822  You'll need to call Sky again as the Messaging Sytems we use is currently offline so your post can't be escalated to the Community Messaging team.
