Credit refund

I cancelled my broadband 3 months ago and have credit that hasn't been refunded. I can only see the bills but not the payment method in my Sky account.  Can anyone please help me to escalate this ?

The messaging  system is not available for  a few weeks so your only option is to call.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Thank you for your response.

Do you know when will the messaging  system be available again?

Sky takes so long to pick up the calls and I am not allowed to spend a long time on the phone at work. It's best for me to wait until the messaging system works again 😞
