Credit refund

Hello,

 

got an email saying i have refund/credits available. I don't live in the address that's on account.

 

I called the number provided thinking i can get it through and provided with account number and told it's been processed. could i provide a new address or other method for refund of credits please?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
