I cancelled my Sky broadband but was charged for the next bill anyway and now have £37.27 credit on my account. I read that it would be refunded in 6 weeks, but it's been 8 weeks and still nothing. How do I get this refunded?

Find out moreTo arrange some help for you regarding this refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi! Thanks for this! The chat bubble never appeared, so I've still not heard from the Sky Messaging team. Are you able to request it again?
