Hi there, 2 payments of £50 have been taken for my bill this month but originally it was just 1 payment until I set up my direct debit then another payment come off, it could be the January bill as it's saying my accounts in £50 credit but I would appreciate if this was refunded as a direct debits now been set up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you manually paid your bill then this could be why you have a £50 credit as the payment is taken by Sky via your usual monthly payment method so you do not need to make the payment yourself.
To get you some help with the refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
