I mistakenly paid my broadband TV bill to my sky mobile bill and need to have my mobile bill refunded or have the credit from my mobile bill transfered to my broadband bill

Find out moreDo you have a payment method setup on each account because if you do then you should never need to pay a bill manually like you did as the payment will be taken each month. So even though you can get you payment you made to your Mobile bill there shouldn't be a need to pay your TV/Broadband bill if you have a direct debit or credit/debit card set up on it.
