Hi. I cancelled my sky contract at the end of September as didn't wanted to continue with renewal. Long story short after Ive been told i dont own any money for broadband as pay period covered the cut off date, sky anyways took money for following pay period which obviously wasnt going to be used. Money went into sky credit. I have spoken with someone at the end of October and have been told to rest assured that any day after 2nd of November the money will go into bank account as he has made a request. Emm well we are into December now and I still haven't received my refund 😫 is there anyone who can point me into right direction who actually got same issues solved for them as im starting to loose . Thanks!
