Credit refund after cancellation of service
Hello
I cancelled my sky subscription in May and have a credit of £65.29. How can I contact sky for this money to be refunded. There are active payment details on the account.

If you prefer we can ask Sky's messaging team to send you a private message via a chat bubble on here, you will then have 48 hours to respond to it as they will be able to issue the refund for you. They will then contact you tomorrow morning.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
