Credit refund - Moved abroad
Hello there,
I received an email saying that there's an outstanding credit balance on my account. However, I've moved abroad so I can't dial the number. Is there another way to receive the refund? Thank you in advance for the help.

If you wish, we can escalate your post to Skys Community Messaging Team. They can reinstate your payment method to refund you in 3-5 working days or arrange a back office team to raise and send out a cheque to your new address which obviously takes longer (I'm not sure this is an option if you've moved abroad).
Let us know on this thread if you wish to do this confirming it's still showing as a credit on your Sky account.

Thank you very for your quick reply Daniel. I tried reaching other sky customer number and I am able to get thru and resolved this issue myself. I will keep you updated if I need further assitance. 🙂
