Credit on my account

I have a credit of £188 on my tv account . I would like it refunded to my bank instead of used for bills in future . How do I do this please .

@jeni1968

You don't need to be making any manual payments as doing this will not stop Sky from taking it from your payment method if you do this to close to your billing date.

To get you some help with the refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Where is the credit from?  (If you have an active account the Sky would usually use it for future bills only)

Re: Credit on my account

Thank you for your reply . I paid the bill twice I think and some how have ended up with the credit. But would rather have money back into my account . Do they do this do you know? Thank you

Ok, they will refund in such circumstances - it takes 3-5 working days.

Either call or your thread can be escalated to forum staff if you would like.
