Credit on closed account

I have a credit in my account, can this be refunded to my bank account?

@Gemma1804  Did you leave your direct debit in place?  And does the coredit show on the account?  If yes we can ask the community messaging team to reach out and help woth the refund.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

How long ago did your services end? 

Refunds after cancelling a subscription should normally take about 6 weeks from the last day of connection, although posts on here suggest it’s taking longer ~ Note: (and what would have been the next payment date also has to have passed).
