Credit on closed account.

Hello

i hope everyone is well. I have a credit on a closed sky account. I have been talking to the virtual assisant and it has directed me here. How can I request its refunded? I switched providers on 01/09/2025 so not sure if the payment method is still active. I appreciate any help thank you
