Credit needed on account

So, the TV in the lounge and upstairs were not connecting to wi if. Engineer attended site 19th June to rectify this.

however I was told that we would not get a credit on our account until AFTER the issue had been fixed.

Was your broadband working at this time so could yiour phones and tablets working during the time that your TV wouoldn't ?
