Credit for cancellation

Hi on my bill it says credit for cancellation of sky broadband super fast says -£25 something and says period 20th August to 9th September my bill due 10th September does this mean the -£25 will come off my bill on 9th and make it lower ?

Thanks for getting back to me I have had so much hassle with them today called twice and each time they kept making my bill higher and higher to point am worried I can't afford pay it

@Tyler15 What exactly is it that you have done, will take a few day's but you should be able to logon to your account and see the actual bill and future bills laid out and be viewable for you to look at!

So I called to cancel tnt sports then they added charge tnt sports 26 days and added sky cinema and kids that I didn't want they said remove it but haven't yet also charging me sky signature 26 days but says below it credit for cancellation of sky signature £25 same with the superfast broadband so I'm hoping the £50 total gonna come off my bill soon or on 9th September as says from 20th August til 9th September but bill due 10th September my bill higher this month than the next 2

I haven't asked anyone to pay my bills I've said am worried I'm gonna struggle not said can someone pay my bill 😂😂
