Credit for cancellation of services

Hi I cancelled my TV/broadband package in Dec 2022, returned all equipment and had a credit show on my account. This hasn't been refunded to me, I'd have thought it would have in all this time. I cannot seem to get enough signal for the call duration (I'm with sky mobile and it's raining). Does anyone know if sky can transfer the credit to my mobile account? Or do I need to speak to someone on the phone for transfer back to bank? Thank you

No, it can't be used towards your mobile bill. We can get you help on here if you want whereby the credit will be refunded in the standard 3-5 working days. Let us know if you want to do that.
