31 days notice

Gave notice to cancel today, told service would end on 24th October yet I have instantly lost access to some of my recordings, most channels apart from free to view,  use of multiroom and all the apps have gone off the sky Q box, is this right? If so can't believe I have to pay £106 for the final bill when I can't use any of the features 😡

If you have lost access to these channels today then that should not have happened so I would call them back again about this.
