Hi I have been notified about my credit report saying I have one missed payment when there was 2 payments made in a month and have late payments on my other account what was not my fault you yourself could not find the account to take the payments and you have only taken payments in January so there for have gone down as late payments please can you remove them from my credit report as its no fault of my own.
