I want to check if im out of contract. Our internet is shocking, most days our internet is so slow my other half checks some days we barley get 10mp or what ever it is and quite rightly we are getting frustrated with it and wanting to go else were for out internet.

It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself. Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:

Or you could login to your online billing and locate your first bill, just add the length of your contract on to this - 18/24 months and you will get an idea of when your minimum term is up.
