Credit agreement error message

Can anyone please help,

 

3 weeks ago i agreed to a contract renewel that included Sky Glass TV, a credit agreement was sent via email and i could not sign it due to an error message. I called Sky back & explained this whom told me to wait 24 hours & then retry.

I called back and i was passed from team to team and they put a request in on their side to get rid of this error message. Sky could not correct this & the credit agreement & order were cancelled due to it passing the deadline.

I called back & was passed from team to team to be told to wait 72 hours & to call back and reorder the Sky Glass TV.

i waited 72 hours & reordered the Sky TV and have been sent the new credit agreement for it to display the same error message & i cannot sign the agreement. I am so fed up of calling sky and being on the phone for hours, im so close to cancelling my order.
