Credit Refund

This month i already paid the amount in the bill and also taken two times the amount including the next month payment 

its now credited to next month is there any way to refund back the amount credited for next month

You should not need to make manual payments because as you did this is why it has gone on your account as a credit as Sky will take it automatically via your payment method.

 

For the refund we could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page if it is available should be the number to use:
