Credit Refund

Cancelled my Skybroadband over 5 months ago. They said any refunds would be automatic. That did not happen and credit is sitting in my account.

I know this has been posted numerous times and there has always been a post along the lines of:

"You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

https://www.sky.com/help"

Clicking that link does not actually show any numbers. What is the number to call? I've left Kky now so 150 is not an option for me.

Links literally do everything to prevent you from contacting someone such is the times we now live in.  Skyresponse is also absolute automated garbage for this matter.

Could someone please give me a number to ring. That would be greatly appreciated.

Kindest regards.

@ipman247

You are correct. The number displayed under 'Need more help' has been removed.

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for another 1-2 weeks. You will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky…

▪️call by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.

Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

▪️online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help

▪️ Sky Assistant is also available at the top of sky.com/help for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It will provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

▪️Social Media You can also get in touch with Sky via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
