Credit Refund

Sky sent me a refund on June 5 2025 but it was sent to a closed bank account because I have moved back to the USA. Can they mail me a check instead?

Hello - Sky is trying to send me a credit refund but I am unable to receive it by mail because I have moved back the USA and I have closed my UK bank account. I have updated my billing credit card number on my Sky account so I need the refund sent to that credit card number that is on file. Thanks!

I have escalated your post again so same as before and when the chat bubble appears you should be able to talk to them about this.

As can be seen from the post immediately before yours the issue has been passed to the Messaging Team who have invited you to another private chat. 

You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
