To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Do you see a credit on your account ?
Is your payment method in place ?

Hi,
Hi 👋,
I ended my my Sky services with my final bill being in April.
Checking today a May bill of 0 had been generated on 21/04/2025 indicating I am in credit.
I have read it can take up to 6 weeks to receive this but unsure if this is from the bill generation date? If so I have not received this yet.. the payment method is still active.
is it too soon to escalate this?.

A bill of £0 isn't a credit, a bill with a credit would show a figure with a minus in front of it like -£50 and should say either that it is a credit or that is would be carried over to the next bill. When you see this please post back here then your post can be escalated to the messaging team from Sky.

Let me reword, I guess I explained it incorrectly, it's a bill with £0 to pay and shows a figure with the word credit next to it. It also contains as you mentioned a - figure

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have just 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Hi, I cancelled my Sky Broadband service in March, my account is still showing credit and payment method is still active, when will I get a refund for the credit due?

Refunds should normally take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection, but recent posts on here suggest in some cases it is taking longer.
We can potentially help you get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.
