If you have a credit on your account is your payment details still in place so it can be refunded ?

Re: Credit Refund

Hi,

Can you please also help with my refund  please? I have been sent an email which asked me to call a certain number, and when I did the only option the automated robot gave over the phone were to send it as a cheque to my original address registered with Sky. The problem is that I no longer lived there and have no access to anyone who current lives there to help re-direct the cheque. I would like the money to go back to the original bank account I once set up my direct debit with, or I am also happy to provide my bank details to one of your staffs again too.

Many thanks.

@ACCCCCCCC

If you wish, we can escalate your post to Skys Community Messaging Team. They can either reinstate your payment method to refund you in 3-5 working days or arrange a back office team to raise and send out a cheque to your new address which obviously takes longer (I'm not sure this is an option if you've moved abroad).

Let us know on this thread if you wish to do this confirming it's still showing as a credit on your Sky account.
