Credit Refund

My Sky TV account was credited with 2 months' worth of payments because I was direct-debited while i had not received a TV Puck. i have decided not to re-order a new one and want a refund in my account. I have also noticed the total sum of credit has been reduced by half for some reason. How can i get this rectified and paid into my account?

Credit that is on the account will remain on it until it has been used to pay your bills so this might explain why the amount shown is now less. If you look at your bills it should show if this is what has happened.

 

So to confirm, you want this remaining credit refunded ?

@caesarome, I can't see what bill it was used to pay, that's the problem. The refund was on my Sky TV account, which has been closed. I have no outstanding bills on that account. I also have other Sky accounts that I get DD for separately. i have checked those accounts, and I still got DD from my bank.

To answer your question, yes, I would like to have the remaining credit refunded and the lost credit looked into.

So which account is this credit on and can you actually see it ?

The credit is on the Sky TV account, and I can see how much is left.
