Credit Refund

I have a credit on my broadband and have been ringing for 4 weeks to get this refunded but It is not coming through. What can I do as I am being told the same thing everytime I ring that it will be paid in 3-5 days but it never is?

No, it was compensation but has been put on my account as a credit.

Auto compensation is usually added to Sky accounts as a credit to be used towards future bills rather than refunded to a payment method.
