Correct Errors on My Account Address

Hi - The adress that is shown on my account is not quite correct [content removed] I can not find a way on the app or website that does not involve me moving home and I can't find a phone number so I can speak to a real person

Hi, same issue here. Incorrect details on address but no way to update them & there doesn't seem to be a contact number

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

Hey... I did get a message but that person tried to transfer me to the Ireland team, now I'm just paused. Is that normal for this?
