When can I leave my broadband contract without incurring any cancellation fees .

i am thinking of leaving sky to go to a cheaper provider

When your minimum term expires.  (Recent contracts are 24 months long)

 

...or April 2027 when price increases are implemented.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It is your minimum term that expires and not the contract itself. Your contract might be visible via your Message Centre here:

Or login to your Sky account and click on 'Offers and Upgrades' as the dates will show:

Or you could login to your online billing and locate your first bill, just add the length of your contract on to this - 18/24 months and you will get an idea of when your minimum term is up.
