Hello
My Disney+ subscription is stuck in a loop of Renewal in Progress. I have tried to cancel it but it comes up with error code MySky_4306.
I can't change the package or renew anything and when I try to watch Disney+ through the app it tells me to rejoin but I can't because it says MySky account is already linked to an active Disney+ account in Marketplace.
Any ideas how to fix this? I have restarted my Sky Glass TV, Refreshed the apps and still no joy.

Hello, I am stuck in a similar loop. I am a SKy Q customer. I signed up for Disney+ through Sky Marketplace yesterday but now want to cancel it. I have not accessed the app or played any content on it a it wouldn't work. I get error message Mysky_4306 but I cannot find any information on this error. Further to this I have decided to cancel the subscription but am unable to do so as I does not show in my Sky account and when I log into Disney+ account I do not get the option to cancel the subscription either. I do not want to simply cancel the payment with my card provider as I would rather do it in the correct manner. The payment on my card shows "SKy Marketplace Disneyplus". Can you help me please?
