It's unlikely that Sky will allow you to cancel your tv contract early. If they do, the charge will equate roughly to the total you would pay up to December.
Sky are within their rights to not let you cancel but of they do you would most likely be asked to pay the remainder of the contract off so the remaining months as you can read about here:
