Contract rolled over for another 12 months ?

I've been trying to get hold of a customer service advisor in UK,  as I've now been told by the overseas customer service that my contract is rolled over the 12 months until next year, but I won't be in a contract because I've not signed or agree to it. The fee will be the same but again no contract I have subscriptions that are ending next week and I don't know if these are continued and I'm trying to contact someone in the UK. Does anybody have a contact number or has this happened to them ???

Any call to Customer Services goes to the next available agent wherever they may be based. There is no unique number for a UK agent. All agents should have the same  access to your account.

This happened to me. I got an email a couple of weeks ago saying the same thing. No new contract so I'm assuming it means I can cancel at any time if I wanted to. Although I haven't phoned them yet to confirm this.
