@gary+manchee You need to call Sky to do that, no-one here can negotiate anything with you as we are just fellow customers.

As you can't do that here you will need to call Sky to give them the requited notice to cancel parts of you account which is 31 days for the TV.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
