Probably been asked but why have prices gone since took contract up ie sky cinema/ultimate packages. Thought prices would stay the same throughout contract? Even with discounts prices have went up mid contract have i missed something 💁🏻♂️

Yes, I'm afraid your discount remains fixed for the duration of your minimum term, but the subscription price can increase once per year.

My ultimate package went up 1st then sky cinema went up month later 😲🤦🏻♂️
