Hi @Shana3 I'm afraid that Sky will not talk to you until you have paid what's owing and set up a new continuous payment method. There is no way around this.

Re: Contacting sky
@Shana3 if Sky are writing to you about termination charges, it suggests that your accounts have been closed - if not by you, then by Sky. And if Sky have closed your accounts you've likely been in arrears for more than 2 months.
You could try contacting Sky via social media, but as @MightyQuinn posted, they're likely to tell you simply that you need to pay what's outstanding.

Re: Contacting sky
And if you're payments are 56+ days in arrears and Sky have terminated your account, you still owe the amount outstanding. It doesn't get written off. Sky will chase you for it, through a debt recovery company if necessary.

Re: Contacting Sky
Sky are absolutely terrible at letting anyone talk to them directly, however if you follow this link:-
Then press the "No, I still need help" button....and then the "I'd prefer to get intouch" button....then check the "I’ve tried the steps and info above and they didn’t help." checkbox and press the "Get in Touch" button....then click on the "Choose more options" link near the bottom of the page....and then finally click on the "Call us" button (again near the bottom of the page) and voila you will see the Sky customer support number !
However, the fun doesn't end there as when connected you get a load of options designed to take you back here.
You can get through to a person eventually, although it took me three or four attempts a month or so back.
Good luck.
