I'm trying to get in contact with sky reguarding a billing issue that I can't pay and they sent a email about termination charges but every time I've tried to use a contact number I find it won't let me talk to someone unless I pay first is there anyone that can help please

Hi @Shana3 I'm afraid that Sky will not talk to you until you have paid what's owing and set up a new continuous payment method. There is no way around this.

@Shana3 if Sky are writing to you about termination charges, it suggests that your accounts have been closed - if not by you, then by Sky. And if Sky have closed your accounts you've likely been in arrears for more than 2 months.
You could try contacting Sky via social media, but as @MightyQuinn posted, they're likely to tell you simply that you need to pay what's outstanding.

And if you're payments are 56+ days in arrears and Sky have terminated your account, you still owe the amount outstanding. It doesn't get written off. Sky will chase you for it, through a debt recovery company if necessary.
