Contacting Sky

After spending hour putting messages into Sky's bot and talking to agents who pass your question onto the next agent one becomes frustrated to the point of saying cancel thr whole package.

The fact that one has been with Sky for many years means nothing, the speed slows the payment is higher and escalate the contract complications for resolving small issues is a sign that the company is now so large that is beyond caring.

After asking for cancellation I was finally passed onto a customer care agent who listed and promised to call me back with a good explanation and satisfactory Sky package, maybe this will happen . If she calls me back it may improve my opinion of Sky so I am now waiting....
