I've had an email from what looks like a legit sky email telling me that I've requested to cancel my account and trying to change me £120 - I've never requested this. I can't seem to get hold of anyone to confirm this has not been requested.

What else does this email say , does it want you to click any links in it for example ?

no links or anything - I've searched and it's an email that sky sends emails from
The email even comes up on my sky account as being sent by them, but i haven't requested...

Hi @ParisWood17 Unfortunately, this is how the one stop switch works. It is your responsibility to cancel the transfer. Somebody is trying to slam your line or has put in the wrong telephone number or address.

As @MightyQuinn has mentioned, I suspect that someone has made a mistake inputting your address @ParisWood17 in the One Touch System.
It must be a total pain to sort out. This thread has a number of comments on the headache it appeared to have caused a BT customer. And although no replies were given, you might like to read this Sky customer's experience
