I rang sky to cancel movies and sports. I spoke to an advisor,who was very helpful. I was on the phone for one and a half hours sitting it out. In the end the advisor said he was having problems and would be back in touch within the hour, that was 2 and half hours ago. I need to SPEAK to someone. Its ridiculous

However, to remove part of your Sky Q/+ TV package you will need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You can either call or use the messaging service to cancel this
