Well it's working for me. I'm in the UK. Perhaps use a different browser. 

(I'm not sure of the Sky Ireland opening hours so might be closing soon?).

Yes. It is now. But I had to go to the UK site and back again to get the number finally. I bet I get looked after quickly and efficiently when I ring this number?

Irish number now ' we are sorry we could not connect your call'. How sorry can they be when they have gone to such lengths to conceal the number. Once again I have been defeated by the Sky customer service system.

Super. I have nothing better to be doing. Why not spend a second day trying to get Sky to sort my Sky malfunction!!!!

@Jim157 they don't operate at weekends so given the bank holiday perhaps try again tomorrow...

Hi, 

I  need to actually speak to a human being please. I placed an order on the 27th, paid a deposit and since then have been abke to do nothing. I can't sign the CSA as I don't know where it is to sign it, I can't complete the ID Check as I am not recognised as a customer. This is not a great start, and I'm very frustrated. No matter what number I call, I get hung up on. I have dialled 14 times this morning alone! All different numbers hoping I can get through. at this stage it might be better to just cancel my account and get my money back!

I'm afraid that it is a catch 22, you will need to speak to Sky to cancel your account and get your money back. However, I will escalate to the Sky messaging team to see if they can help you.

 

Just look out for the colourful bubble to start the conversation. Please be aware conversations automatically close if there is no response within 48 hours.
