How on earth does anyone contact Sky? I am trying my best to keep my Sky mobile account but if I cannot actually talk to someone at Sky I will have no choice but to cancel. I know the company is worth gazillions and losing me as a customer will have evry little impact but it seems to be a big hole in the process. I have already had to cancel Sky TV, now it looks like I will have to do the same with Mobile and Broadband. Why dont they have an email for such things?
Dont even go there with the dumb (Removed) bots and social media, they can NEVER help!
