Confused

I may be being silly here but I had to set up a new card in April and was expecting the first payment to be taken from it yesterday (last bill came off my old card and new one was confirmed for this bill) However no money has been taken from my account but the bill shows as paid & "card payment taken on the 4th"?

When I try to do a manual payment it is saying I owe £0?
The money is still sitting in my bank so one way or another they will get it but I've never had this issue before so hoping someone can enlighten me?

Usually it will update in a day or two to show that the payment has been taken as it will say it has been taken when the process has started and there are funds available to pay it.
